Terms and Conditions of Treatment:
By using services offered by Creating A Bridge, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. This agreement supersedes any other. Our services give our clients the opportunity to engage in mentoring and empowerment training. These services are not meant to evaluate or provide any kind of medical or psychological treatment. These issues should be treated by a proper licensed healthcare professional.
Payment is required at the time of services, unless specifically stated otherwise. All services are payable by cash or check. We do not accept any other forms of payment.
Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your experience, we ask that you contact us within 72 hours of treatment via email at messages@creatingabridge.com or call 1-720-318-9441. Upon receipt of your email or call, we will review your complaint. Once we investigate, we will use our discretion on whether to credit your account fully or partially by providing you with a subsequent treatment or a refund.
Please honor our time and provide 23 hours notice to cancel any appointment.

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information. All collected client information is stored in a technically and physically secure environment. We are dedicated to ensuring privacy and security of all client information and details.
Creating A Bridge is not responsible for any content on our Internet services or the services of speakers or guest utilizing our facility. The views expressed by guest facilitators do not necessarily reflect those of the company. We cannot be held responsible for their beliefs or actions. They are expressly requested not to make defamatory statements or authorize infringement of copyright or any other legal rights. Any communications of guest facilitators are outside of company policy and the scope of our contract with the individual concerned. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused , directly or indirectly, by the information or ideas contained, suggested, or referenced to people utilizing our website or holding classes in our facility. Guest facilitators will be personally liable for any damages or other liabilities that may arise.
